You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in State of Florida, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website site. You shall be completely responsible for all charges,fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
